Corporations and LLC’s are rquired to renew your statement of Information / statement of officers. This is required to be renewed every year for your corporation and every 2 years for any LLC’s that you might have in CA.
If you have not already filed this year, then follow the below instructions for filing:
For Corporations, go to https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/?filing=corp
For LLC’s, go to https://llcbizfile.sos.ca.gov/SI
Enter Corporation or LLC name
Click the name of the corporation or LLC belonging to you
Click the box By checking this box, I understand it is my responsibility to select the correct entity, and modifying the record of an incorrect entity may result in civil or criminal liability. I confirm that I have reviewed the Entity Detail information and I have the authority to modify the above entity record.*
Click: File a statement of information
Click: I accept the California Secretary of State’s online filing service Privacy Warning and Terms and Conditions of Use.
Answer questions and file and pay the statement of officers and pay the $25 fee for the Corporation or Bi-annually fee of $20 for your LLC.
If you have not done this already this year, then please do this today so your entities do not become suspended and you don’t get penalized.
