We provide backup litigation support for court accounting matters.  We are knowledgeable about SEM Software Applications and Estate Management System (EMS).    We can provide backup support in the following areas:

• Tasks related to the Conservatorship, Trust accounting, or Probate Accounting     
• Accountings and/or Probate Court Accountings in Conservatorship of the Person and of the Estate, Trust, and Expert Cases     
• Filing and reporting to the Court , data and files for a conservatorship of the estate and of the person and of the Trust.
• Assist in preparation for reports, filings and Court Appearances.

• Development of information, data and files for the Court Accountings.   These include but are not limited to 
• Receipts, work orders, statements, invoices will be worked to provide data on the EMS electronic ‘Cloud’ Based system for conservatorship and Trust accounting will be done according to a schedule developed by client. The data will be integrated into a system of accounting that is useable for final and interim accountings and  Court filings.
• As an example, we can Document and evaluate if a set of expenses or funds used by a party has sufficient backup documents to support their claim of funds used.  Report on any probable deficiencies noted.
